Does any body know the max. draft and airdraft when you want to sail from
Nordostseekanal to Nordsee?
Where can i find the informations?
Can I go that way with a draft on 2,05 meter and airdraft 17 meter?

For authoritative answers you may contact the
"Wasser- und Schifffahrtsdirektion Nord, Kiel" for details, address
at
http://www.wsv.de/Wir ueber uns/Dienststellen/WSDen/WSD
Nord/index.html
And the "Wasser- und Schifffahrtsamt Tönning", as that is where
the
Eider reaches the North Sea
http://www.wsv.de/Wir ueber uns/Dienststellen/WSDen/WSD
Nord/WSA Toenning/index.html

The German Yacht magazine has an article
http://www.yacht.de/yo/yo
revierinfos/powerslave,id,19,nodeid,22.html
that says the Eider is consistently 2.5m deep and you dont have to lay
the mast. It seems all bridges are bascule bridges.
The official page for the Kiel-Canal is http://www.kiel-canal.org/
respectively http://www.kiel-canal.org/english.htm for an English
version.
The important traffic regulations for pleasure crafts are summarized in
http://www.kiel-canal.org/pages english/sport/notes
KIEL-CANAL.pdf
This is a MUST read!
Btw, as a side note, on that site under Regulations there is a link
"Elektronisches Wasserstraßen-Informationssystem (ELWIS)"
http://www.elwis.de/Schifffahrtsrecht/SeeSchStrO/Siebenter
Neunter Abschnitt/Inhaltsverzeichnis/index.html
that unfortunately leads to a German only version of the
"German Traffic Regulations for Navigable Maritime Waterways"
An English version is available as
http://www.bsh.de/de/Schifffahrt/Sportschifffahrt/Berichtigungsservice
Karten/NfS/Schifffahrtsvorschriften/SeeschStrO.pdf
and the relevant information is in
"Part Seven Supplementary provisions relating to the Kiel Canal"
"Section 42 Admission for passage"
Note to German readers: the URL is a bit misleading, this is not the
"Berichtigungsservice Karten", it is indeed the
Schifffahrtsvorschriften
with an English version of the SeeSchStrO. <sigh> ...
The SeeSchStrO document also mentions the Gieselaukanal, the canal that
connects the Kiel-Canal with the river Eider, and states the maximum
draught to be 2.7m, nothing about air draught, there seems to be only
one lock that has a bascule bridge too.
